Goodwin Procter Expands Hong Kong Office With Two New Partners.

Goodwin Procter LLP announced a significant expansion of its Hong Kong office with the addition of partners Andrew Yang and Christopher Yu.

 

Andrew Yang came to Goodwin from Milbank, Tweed, Hadley & McCloy, and advises on private equity/M&A and U.S. and Hong Kong capital markets transactions. Christopher Yu joins Goodwin from Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton, and advises on mergers and acquisitions, privatizations of Hong Kong listed companies, PIPEs, pre-IPO and cornerstone investments, initial public offerings on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange and general regulatory compliance matters in Hong Kong.
