Herbert Smith Freehills Hires FSR Expert As Partner In Hong Kong.

Herbert Smith Freehills has hired financial services regulatory expert William Hallatt as a partner in its global FSR practice. William joins Herbert Smith Freehills from Linklaters, and will be based in Hong Kong to further strengthen the firm’s FSR practice in Asia.
