Singapore – GuocoLeisure Limited’s SGD300m Multicurrency Medium Term Note Programme.

GuocoLeisure Limited (the “GuocoLeisure”) has established a S$300 million multicurrency medium term note programme (the “Programme”) under which GuocoLeisure may issue notes from time to time. CIMB Bank Berhad (“CIMB”) is the arranger (the “Arranger”) of the Programme, and CIMB and HL Bank are the dealers (the “Dealers”) of the Programme. The Bank of New York Mellon, Singapore Branch is the issuing and paying agent as well as the trustee under the Programme.
