Hogan Lovells Announces New Singapore Office Managing Partner.

Hogan Lovells announced that from 1 July corporate partner Stephanie Keen will be taking on the role of Singapore Office Managing Partner. She will be taking over from James Harris who has managed the office for the last 11 years, and from 1 July will become Asia regional head of Infrastructure, Energy, Resources and Projects (IERP) practice and take on a new role of Global Head of Infrastructure.

James’ leadership and vision over the last 11 years has been inspiring and he has significantly grown the office and firmly established a reputation for us as a leading firm in the area.”  

 
Stephanie Keen currently leads the Singapore corporate and private equity practice. She added:


The Singapore office has been involved in a number of significant projects in the last year, including advising on JTC Corporation’s USD 890m Jurong Rock Caverns development, which was South East Asia’s first subterranean hydrocarbon storage facility and advising Trafigura Pte Ltd on its equity investment in Nagarjuna Oil Corporation Limited, an Indian refinery project, which was nominated for IFLR Asia Awardsʼ M&A Deal of the Year 2013
