The Practice Groups are further divided into service lines and specialisations which include capital markets, mergers and acquisitions, foreign investment, private equity, joint ventures, banking, project finance, structured finance, intellectual property, environment, litigation, arbitration, bio-technology and several others. Infrastructure

 

We are one of the few firms to have a national presence in major business centres in India through our offices at Mumbai, New Delhi, Bangalore, Kolkata, Hyderabad, Ahmedabad and Chennai. Our offices are equipped with state-of-the-art telecommunications, computer systems, video-conferencing facilities and networks that integrate our offices with centralised databases, comprehensive libraries, and specialised software, such as Thomson Elite3e and iManage.

 

Firm Constitution

 

At present, the Firm has 84 Partners and over 650 associates in its 7 offices. Many of the Firm’s lawyers have received international recognition in their various areas of practice for repeatedly demonstrating their ability to handle complex transactional and litigation matters.

The Partner brings to the team his/her experience, vision and gives direction to the process and also critical advice as to strategy. The team is structured to render comprehensive legal services to clients. Each client is assigned a single point of contact within the team who understands and coordinates all aspects of the required legal advice and client concerns.

 

During the initial meetings between the assigned team and client, we endeavor to understand the client’s business issues and concerns and its philosophy and approach in doing business.
