ATMD Bird & Bird Expands IP Practice with Addition of New Partner.

Singapore law firm ATMD Bird & Bird is pleased to announce the arrival of Lorraine Anne Tay as a partner in its Intellectual Property & Technology Group. She joins the firm from another well established international firm, where she headed the trade mark registration practice. 

 
Lorraine has more than 15 years of experience in intellectual property (IP) with a focus on non-contentious and general IP advisory work. She has developed a particular expertise in dealing with multi-jurisdictional portfolios  and complex cross-border IP issues and disputes including oppositions and negotiations. Lorraine also manages commercial transactions involving IP issues and has experience in managing global due diligence. She is recognised as a leading individual in intellectual  property by top legal publications like Chambers & Partners and The Legal 500.
