Baker & McKenzie has advised Fletcher Building on the year's largest corporate refinancing of an NZX-listed business.
The deal raised approximately US$300 million through a US private placement and involved teams across New Zealand, Australia and US.
The Baker & McKenzie team was lead by Sydney partners Andrew Reilly and Eric Boone.
Mr Boone said the funds were split into three tranches including an Australian dollar 10 year tranche which "has been hard to come by in the current US private placement market".
