Baker & McKenzie Strengthens Its Capital Markets Practice In Singapore

Baker & McKenzie.Wong & Leow, member firm of Baker & McKenzie International in Singapore, has reinforced its capital markets offering with the appointment of Chen Yih Pong as principal. He joined the Firm on 16 October 2014 from WongPartnership where he was a partner in the capital markets group.


Chen Yih has around 12 years of experience, and his areas of practice focus are in corporate finance, capital market transactions such as initial public offerings, share placements, rights issue, and other transactional and advisory matters involving listed companies. He regularly advises companies listed on the Singapore Exchange on fund raisings and compliance with listing requirements and rules. Chen Yih also advises investment banks as underwriters on capital markets transactions. He is admitted to the Singapore Bar and practices Singapore law.
