Bird & Bird Appoints New Corporate Partner In Singapore.

Bird & Bird announces that it has appointed Ken Cheung as partner in its Corporate Group in Singapore.

 

Ken specialises in corporate, commercial and finance law including cross-border transactions, foreign investment, joint ventures, mergers & acquisitions and private equity in the Asia-Pacific region. With a primary focus on the corporate energy sector in the Asia Pacific region, particularly renewables and clean energy, Ken’s practice also encompasses the traditional mining and offshore oil & gas industries. His practice is regional and is focused on South East Asia, in particular Indonesia, Malaysia, Thailand, the Philippines and more recently, Myanmar.
