Clyde & Co’s Beijing Office Adds Dispute Resolution Partner.

Clyde & Co has announced the addition of litigation and international arbitration specialist Patrick Zheng to the firm’s Beijing office.  He will also assume the role of managing partner for Clyde & Co’s Beijing office and will be playing an active part in relation to the firm’s China and Korea development desks. Patrick joins from Clifford Chance, where he was head of China litigation and arbitration.


Lynia Lau, corporate partner and the firm’s Chief Representative in Beijing commented on Patrick’s arrival: “I am pleased to welcome Patrick to the Beijing office. His practice complements the firm’s strategy and I look forward to the opportunity to develop and broaden the Beijing office and the firm’s China practice.”


Patrick’s primary focus is representing Chinese clients before foreign venues such as HKIAC, SIAC, ICC, and courts of various jurisdictions. He also represents international companies before Chinese arbitration tribunals such as CIETAC and Chinese courts.
