Deacons recently represented Haitong International Securities Company Limited as underwriter in relation to the HKD 3,386m open offer of shares by Hua Han Bio-Pharmaceutical Holdings Limited.

Hua Han Bio-Pharmaceutical Holdings Limited is an investment holding company. It manufactures and sells pharmaceutical, medicinal healthcare and biopharmaceutical products.
