The ALB Hong Kong Awards are in their 10th year, and celebrate the work of the legal profession in Hong Kong.  This is the 3rd year in a row that Pinsent Masons has won the award.  The firm was also a finalist in the Law Firm of the Year category.

Separately, Mohan Pillay and Jon Howes, joint heads of the firm's office in Singapore, Pinsent Masons MPillay, have been ranked in the Asia Legal Business Hot 100.  Their ranking is in recognition of the joint venture's achievements over the last two years, including recently winning Construction Law Firm of the Year at the recent ALB SE Asia Awards.

Elvis Zhou and Ye Wanhe of Beijing Hesen Law Firm, Pinsent Masons' alliance firm for Projects and Construction in the PRC, joined the Singapore partners in the ALB Hot 100.  The magazine praised the duo's role in creating Pinsent Masons – Hesen Alliance and noted the alliance's prime position to capitalise on the anticipated record year for Chinese infrastructure development.

"Asia Legal Business' recognition of our China alliance in Beijing and our Singapore joint legal venture shows that these regional developments have made a strong impact in a short time," noted John Bishop, Pinsent Masons' Head of office– Beijing and Senior Partner for Asia Pacific.

Vincent Connor, Head of Asia Pacific at Pinsent Masons said, "It is always pleasing when the firm's work is recognised.  We have made great strides in growing our presence across the Asia Pacific region, and I am delighted that our depth of expertise has been recognised by Asia Legal Business."
