Drew & Napier’s Capital Markets Practice Group is a top-tier team comprising over 40 lawyers specialising in varied and complex transactions in the equity capital markets, debt capital markets, and funds markets. Our Group is led by Directors Sin Boon Ann, Yeo Wee Kiong, Petrus Huang, and Farhana Siddiqui. We have extensive experience working across a wide range of market sectors. Our clients include domestic and international issuers and institutions, underwriters and managers in major primary and secondary equity offerings, fund managers, leading international promoters, and anchor investors. We have extensive deal experience and longstanding interactions with the Monetary Authority of Singapore, the Singapore Stock Exchange, and the Inland Revenue Authority of Singapore, Commercial Affairs Department and Attorney-General’s Chambers. Our experience with regulators puts us in an excellent position to advise our clients on in-depth legal and regulatory issues, as well as obtain feedback and insight from such regulators when clients pioneer new products or break-throughs in capital markets or face unforeseen challenges.
