The alliance means that Gall and White & Case are together able to provide its clients with an all encompassing insolvency and restructuring team, enabling clients to have seamless access to specialist lawyers from both areas.
The partners receive instructions from almost all of the well known insolvency firms and practitioners in Hong Kong. The firm’s clients also include other types of appointment takers, creditors, bondholders, financial institutions, investment funds, distressed companies and company directors and practitioners in Hong Kong.
The firm’s insolvency practice is able to advise on all areas of contentious insolvency, including but not limited to:
