Herbert Smith Freehills has appointed Special Counsel, Laura Sheridan Mouton, as Head of US Capital Markets – Australia. The appointment will provide clients with an ‘on the ground’ US capital markets capability in Australia. She will be based in the firm’s Sydney office.
