4For example, the HKIAC Administered Arbitration Rules (Art. 33) and the UNCITRAL Arbitration Rules 2010 (Art. 32) provide that a party will be deemed to have waived its right to object to any non-compliance with the rules if that party has failed to raise such objection promptly.
