Kirkland & Ellis represented iDreamSky Technology Limited, one of China’s mobile game publishing platforms, on its USD 115m public offering (IPO) of American depositary shares on NASDAQ. J.P. Morgan, which took place on August 7, 2014.

The Kirkland team was led by partners David Zhang and Benjamin Su.

Credit Suisse and Stifel acted as underwriters on the listing.
