On 22 & 23 March, CCH India held an event on Modern Corporate Law held in Delhi. The event attracted delegates from across industries, including telecom, power, infrastructure, financial services, corporate services and academics.
The opening remarks were given by Nesar Ahmad of Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI).
This event addressed corporate law issues including m&a, the changing companies’ bill, implications of cross border acquisitions and impact on domestic market, role and analysis of auditors, corporate governance and risk management, and corporate restructuring.
