Skadden represented MOL Global Inc. in their US$168.8m initial public offering on NASDAQ.

Based in Malaysia, MOL Global Inc. is a leading e-payment enabler for online goods and services.  This is the first Malaysia-based company to list in the U.S., and also the first South East Asian technology IPO on NASDAQ in over a decade.

The American depositary shares began trading on the NASDAQ Global Market on October 9, 2014 under the symbol “MOLG.” The offering is expected to close on or about October 15.
