27 August, 2014

Thai patent litigators Jade Donavanik and Manothai Pramoj Na Ayuthaya will join the Rouse office in Bangkok as Senior Managers. Both have trial experience, especially with pharmaceutical and life sciences clients.

They both commented: “Rouse was a natural next step, given the firm’s excellent capabilities in science and patent prosecution, the firm’s commitment to growing its renowned patent litigation practice and the unique support that it provides to Thai communities through protecting indigenous resources and knowhow.”

Rouse Chief Executive, Luke Minford, said: “These appointments bring a wealth of high profile patent litigation experience to our Thai practice and act as a reminder of the strong firmwide growth we have experienced in this area. It is a pleasure to welcome Dr Jade and Manothai to the team.”

Rouse Thailand’s Country Manager, Fabrice Mattei, added: “Both Dr Jade and Manothai’s impressive and widely acknowledged acumen in patent litigation perfectly complements our robust patent prosecution practice and provides significant value to our clients. 20 years ago, Dr Jade and I worked together at the Mongkolnavin Law Office in Bangkok. Today, I am thrilled to welcome him and Manothai to Rouse.”
