Shearman & Sterling represented J.P. Morgan and Goldman Sachs (Asia) L.L.C. as underwriters in connection with eHi Car Services Limited’s initial public offering of 10m American Depositary Shares representing 20m Class A Common Shares. The shares have been listed on the New York Stock Exchange. eHi is a major car services provider and car rentals provider in China. 

The Shearman & Sterling team included partners Shuang Zhao, Alan Seem, Jerome Fortinsky, Russell Sacks, and Larry Crouch.
