Singapore – Duane Morris Selvam Corporate Lawyer Lo Kim Seng Joins Stamford Law.

Lo Kim Seng has joined Stamford Law as a Director in the Corporate team.
 
Kim Seng joins Stamford Law from Duane Morris Selvam, and has more than two decades of corporate experience both in-house and in private practice.

Kim Seng has worked on a wide range of corporate and commercial transactions and his clients comprise mainly Singapore public-listed companies. He has been described by legal publications as being business savvy and especially commended for his familiarity with company business matters.
 
Kim Seng is admitted as an Advocate & Solicitor of Singapore, Solicitor of New South Wales, Australia, and Solicitor of England and Wales. He graduated with an LL.B. (Hons) and LL.M. from the University of London, and an LL.M. from the National University of Singapore. He is a Teaching Fellow at the Singapore Institute of Legal Education and a member of the Corporate Practice Committee of the Law Society of Singapore.
