Stamford Law bulks up its market-leading practice with the addition of Mr. Lim Sin Teck to its corporate practice.

With recent recruitment from leading international practices, Stamford Law keeps the ball rolling by welcoming Mr. Lim Sin Teck as a Director in the Corporate team. He joins Stamford Law from White & Case where he was a Counsel in their Banking, Capital Markets & Restructuring practice group in Asia. He is qualified to practice in New York, England & Wales and Singapore, and has an MA (Cantab) degree from Cambridge University.

“We are forging ahead and building on our corporate bench strengths,” said Mrs. Lee Suet-Fern, Senior Director of Stamford Law. “Sin Teck is hugely experienced in the debt and equity capital markets space and brings a wealth of experience that our clients will greatly benefit from. He will be able to provide New York and English law capabilities to our corporate practice, broadening our abilities to further meet the needs of our clients across the region.”

Sin Teck specialises in advising issuers and underwriters in all aspects of global capital markets transactions (including bonds and high-yield bonds, MTN programmes, equities and equity-linked securities such as convertible bonds), pre-IPO financings, debt restructurings, corporate finance and liability management matters. He has advised on some of the largest capital markets transactions in Southeast Asia, including, most recently, the approximately US$2.0 billion IPO of BTS Rail Mass Transit Growth Infrastructure Fund, Thailand's largest IPO to date.
