Allen & Gledhill has advised Keppel Land Limited and Keppel Land Financial Services Pte. Ltd. in respect of a US$3 billion Multicurrency Medium Term Note Programme, under which the two companies may issue notes and/or perpetual securities. Under the Programme, Keppel Land Financial Services Pte. Ltd. has issued US$250 million Fixed Rate Notes due 2019. Partners Margaret Chin, Ong Kangxin and Sunit Chhabra led the transaction.
