In connection with OmniVision Technologies’ acquisition by a consortium composed of Hua Capital Management Co., Ltd., CITIC Capital Holdings Limited, and GoldStone Investment Co., Ltd., Skadden is representing GoldStone Investment Co. in the acquisition and is representing the consortium with regard to CFIUS matters. OmniVision will be acquired by the parties for USD 29.75 per share in cash.
