Skadden advised BNP Paribas Securities (Asia) Limited as sole sponsor and sole global coordinator on the HKD698.8m global offering and listing of shares on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange of China Metal Resources Utilization Limited (CMRU), a copper recycler and producer based in China. CMRU is among the first Chinese companies taken-private from a U.S. stock exchange to have re-listed some of its business in Hong Kong.

The team was led by Hong Kong corporate partners Alec Tracy and Christopher Betts.
