Skadden has advised Chinese online card and board game developer and operator Ourgame International Holdings Inc. on its USD 107 m global offering and listing on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.  The listing was held on 30 June and announced on 18 June.

The Skadden Hong Kong team included partners Christopher Betts and Will Cai.
