Skadden advised UCWeb Inc., a mobile internet company in China, and its founders and management in a series of transactions that resulted in Alibaba Group acquiring 100% equity interest in UCWeb. On Wednesday, Alibaba acquired all the remaining shares held by the founders and management of UCWeb, marking the successful completion of one of the largest transactions in China’s internet space.
