Skadden is legal advisor to Sequoia Capital China, a member of a consortium of investors, in connection with Le Gaga Holdings Limited’s July 30 announcement that it has entered into a definitive Agreement and Plan of Merger with Harvest Parent Limited, and Harvest Merger Limited.  Immediately following the consummation of the transactions contemplated under the Merger Agreement, Harvest Parent Limited will be beneficially owned by a consortium of investors that includes Sequoia Capital China.
