Skadden represented Sunshine 100 China Holdings Limited, a PRC real estate developer whose shares are listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, in its sale and issuance of US$100 million high yield bonds to an affiliate of Ping An Insurance and another investor.  BNP Paribas acted as the placement agent in this transaction.  The deal was announced and closed on December 12, 2014.  For more information, please see Sunshine 100’s announcement here.
