Skadden represented China Maple Leaf Educational Systems on its HKD 962m initial public offering on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, which began trading on November 28, 2014. Dalian-based China Maple Leaf is an operator of private schools offering K-12 education, with 40 schools across the mainland.  The retail tranche of the IPO was oversubscribed 195 times.
