SSEK Legal Consultants has advised on all Indonesian aspects of the USD 430m global acquisition by Enerflex of the international contract compression, processing, and after-market services business of Axip Energy Services (formerly Valerus Compression Service). PT Valerus Indonesia is the Indonesian entity of Axip Energy Services.
