Soewito Suhardiman Eddymurthy Kardono has advised US-based private equity firm SK Capital Partners on the Indonesian aspects of its global acquisition of the textile chemicals, paper specialties, and emulsions businesses of Clariant Corporation, the Swiss-based specialty chemicals company. The three divisions will be ultimately combined into an integrated company to be called Archroma.

SSEK Ira Eddymurthy and Douglas G. Smith led the SSEK team involved in the transaction.
