Stamford Law is advising on the SGD 285m acquisition of Scott and English Energy Pte. Ltd. by Swissco Holdings Limited, a marine service provider for the offshore oil and gas industry. Scott and English is in the business of owning and leasing mobile offshore drilling units and service rigs for exploration and production activities.
