Stamford Law is acting for Rothschild (Singapore) Limited, the independent financial adviser of Olam International Limited (Olam), in the SGD 5.3bn voluntary conditional cash offer by Breedens Investments Pte. Ltd. for all the shares in, and outstanding convertible bonds and warrants issued by, Olam. The offeror, Breedens, is an indirect wholly-owned subsidiary of Temasek Holdings (Private) Limited.
