Stamford Law is advising Singaporean dental healthcare group Q & M Dental Group (Singapore) Limited, in (i) its proposed grant of a call option to healthcare private equity fund Heritas Helios Investments Pte. Ltd. and (ii) its proposed rights issue, to raise approximately SGD 44m collectively.
