Stamford Law is advising SGX-listed JK Tech Holdings Limited in relation to: (a) the proposed acquisition of certain oil concession interests and related assets in Alaska for an aggregate consideration of USD 52.5m; and (b) the proposed placement to raise gross proceeds of SGD 60m.

Directors Bernard Lui and Swee Yong Lim are leading the transaction.

DBS and Maybank Kim Eng are the joint placement agents for the proposed placement.
