Wesley Chiu is the general counsel of SCA Asia Pacific based in Shanghai, China.  SCA is a global hygiene and forest company that develops and produces personal-care products, tissue, publication papers and solid-wood products, with sales in 2011 amounted to EUR 11.7 billion in some 100 countries.  Mr. Chiu is also an alternative director of Vinda (HKSE 3331), one of the leading tissue companies in China.  In SCA, Mr. Chiu previously served as the general manager of SCA Shanghai packaging plant.  Before joining SCA in 2005, he worked in various international law firms including Clifford Chance, Perkin Coie and Morrison & Foerster.  He is admitted as a solicitor in Hong Kong and England & Wales.
