WongPartnership has forged yet another alliance in the region. This time it is with Indonesian law firm, Makes & Partners. Indonesia will be WongPartnership’s seventh regional country in its network. The alliance will expand the footprint of both firms into two markets in Asia. Makes & Partners has a reputation in the investment community for its strong mergers & acquisitions, capital markets, foreign investments, banking and restructuring and insolvency expertise. Headed by named partner Yozua Makes, the team features senior partners Iwan Setiawan, Irfan Ghazali and Fransisca.
